| This strong collaboration between the families and the school staff has provided many enriching opportunities to ensure the development of well-rounded children. Students benefit from specialist teachers in the areas of art, music, science, physical education and technology. Students participate in band, strings ensembles, chorus, drama and an annual Talent Show. Cultural assemblies expand students' horizons and link learning to the community. |
Many events such as grade level performances, story-telling, public speaking contests, spelling and geography bees and the "All Star Math Program," challenge students and integrate performance and classroom learning. Students are honored for achievements and character development at monthly assemblies and through the "Principal Log Award" program.
